Purpose
This site exists to give a clear, honest overview of Light Language for people encountering it for the first time, alongside a short, carefully chosen set of videos from teachers we trust. It doesn't try to be exhaustive — just clear, calm, and useful.
Curation & trust
Light Language content online varies enormously in quality and intent. The teachers and videos featured on this site have been chosen with care because we trust their approach and intent. That said, trust is personal — we'd still encourage you to use your own discernment with anyone you watch or learn from, here or elsewhere, and to read the note on Grey-Light Language on the home and learn pages.

This site is curated by Mattt Guya. Mattt has listened to Light Language extensively and speaks it himself — almost anywhere, and while doing almost anything. It doesn't require a meditative pose, closed eyes, or a formal ritual setting to be genuine; for Mattt it moves through ordinary moments just as easily as quiet ones.
